You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without express permission

3. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colors of the products.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). We accept Cash on Delivery (delivery charges paid in advance), JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank transfer.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent via WhatsApp. Delivery charges for the replacement are borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of P4plants and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P4plants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
